By accessing or using the Eisentraut Theatres website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Ticket Sales and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., weather, power outages), we will provide instructions on how to obtain a credit or refund.

3. Private Rentals

Private rentals require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. Rescheduling is generally not permitted once the deposit is paid. Outside food is allowed for private rentals only, provided the area is cleaned afterward. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

4. House Rules

We reserve the right to refuse service or eject any patron who is disruptive, non-compliant with house rules, or under the influence of prohibited substances, without a refund. Flash photography and video recording of performances are strictly prohibited.

5. Age Ratings and Parental Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining the suitability of a movie for their children. Eisentraut Theatres is not liable for grievances related to movie content or age ratings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eisentraut Theatres or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the theater operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
