Common Questions
How do I confirm my reservation?
Once we approve a time and date, you will be sent a private link to pay the initial deposit. Once that is secured, we will be able to staff your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.
What happens when we arrive?
Please have your entire group present for a head count. At that time, you can decide on a DVD you provide or one of the features we have available. This is when you will pay the balance due.
Can I bring outside food?
We encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to make your event more fun! We simply ask that you clean up any mess. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance. It is not possible to move or reschedule reservations once committed. Deposits are non-refundable.
We try to fulfill requests when possible, but they are subject to availability.
